Instructions


Step 1: Login Page - Restart Device

  • Before logging into the device, press the device restart button which is located in the bottom right corner on the login page.


Step 2: Powering On - Keep Pressing F12 Button

  • As soon as the laptop turns off you should begin spamming the "F12" button that is located in the top right corner of the keyboard. Press the button until you see "Preparing one time boot menu" come across the top right corner of the screen. It will be highlighted with yellow text.


Step 3: Boot Menu Screen

  • Once the next screen pops up which is shown in the video, wait five seconds then press the "ESC" button on the keyboard which is located in the top left corner. This will force the computer to restart once again.


After the restart wait for the laptop to complete its updates. It will give you a "Please Wait" page with a blue background. When this is complete try to re-connect the Wi-Fi through the login screen. If the process did not re-enable the Wi-Fi Drivers try one more time, then try Method 2 which is posted on the Desktop Troubleshooting Page.
