We pull all of our information for IDM (claiming your account) and Office 365 from Human Resources (HR). Whatever your name is on your HR files will be the information you use to claim your account and set your email. Once you change your name in HR, your information will be updated.
It takes approximately 48 hours once the HR system has been updated. If it is not updated after that time, please feel free to reach out to us.
