1. There is a white label on top of the printer with the model #.
2. When the printer has reached the allocation amount for color and/or black and white copies, the printer will shut down. An “Insufficient” error message will appear.
3. Once the printer has reached the allocation amount for color copies, you will only be able to print black and white copies and vice versa.
